Manual tilting boiling pans are intended for preparation of broths, first, second and third dishes, with functions of mixing and manual overturning, with and without drain-off valve.
All boilers with indirect heating - by the method of "steam-water jacket" - which completely eliminates the burning of the product.
All stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316.
