What is Half-Mesh?
HALF-MESH is the most basic/SIMPLE point among the structures of circular knitting fabrics. It is also known as JERSEY, or SINGLE JERSEY.
The HALF-MESH is made in loom that has only a frontument of needles, so it has as characteristic to have the distinct faces, the different inside side of each other, due to its behavior stretch in both directions (width and length), reflecting on garments with an EXTREME COMFORT when wearing.

What does 30x1 wire mean?
The 30x1 numbering refers to the diameter (thickness, thickness) of the wire, the thicker the wire the smaller the number of it, for example the 24x1 wire is thicker than the 30x1.
The 30x1 yarn is more refined than the 24x1 being a knitted yarn focused on quality and comfort, is widely used in clothing production in general.

What does hair combed mean?
The combed cotton yarn goes through a cleaning process in which all impurities and shorter fibers are eliminated. This process provides a yarn of higher strength, better quality and less formation of pilling (Balls) making it more comfortable and soft.

In addition to being comfortable, this mesh has high durability, which makes it ideal for making high quality t-shirt, uniforms, baby clothes and pajamas. It has excellent properties for applying embroidery and silk.
