Adopts a unique super mobile modular design, facilitating transportation and reducing relocation costs, minimizing foundation construction and labor costs. Assembly time is significantly reduced, enhancing practicality. 2. The equipment occupies a small area; the compact design of the mobile chassis increases flexibility, making confined spaces no longer a challenge. 3. Standard configuration includes 4 cold aggregate bins, with optional additional bins. The batching machine's conveying capacity can be adjusted via a frequency converter to achieve different batching ratios; a weighing sensor can also be added for more precise batching. 4. The cold material hopper feed opening is enlarged; the sand hopper comes standard with an automatic hopper wall vibrator, while other hoppers and vibrating screens are optional. 5. The smoke box in front of the drying drum is raised to slow down the dust-laden flue gas, preventing larger dust particles from entering the exhaust system, reducing the load on the dust collector bags, and extending their service life. 6. An external mixing cylinder is used, allowing for continuous discharge, high production efficiency, and more thorough and homogeneous mixing than in-drying drum mixing. 7. A bag filter dust collector with a filtration area of up to 456㎡ ensures particulate matter emissions are below 50mg/μm³. Coarse ash collected by the dust collector can be reused in the mixing cylinder, while fine ash can be discharged externally or reused in the mixing cylinder. 8. Both automatic and manual operation modes are available, offering simplicity and flexibility. The control system allows for remote access, diagnostics, and updates.
