Our procedure is as follows:
- Buyer issue LOI
- Seller Submits solid Offer Letter
- Buyer sends confirmation of FCO (48 hours for signing) or sending to Seller
- ICPO
- Seller sends draft contract
- Buyer signs the contract and sends to Seller within 5 days
- Seller sends Proforma Invoice
- The Seller provides product documentation and proves the product
- Delivery takes place within the time period specified in the contract after the
product proof
