We make our sweets with fine fruits, refined sugar and Citrus Pectin (natural gelizer). For the production of sweets are used the typical recipes of homemade sweets, cooking is done by means of a vacuum boule, avoiding with this system the loss of the properties, color, aroma and flavor of the fruits.

They do not contain preservatives, dyes or flavorings and are all made with fresh fruits.
