Cash-U Cashew Processing Plant is located in Bui District, Banda-Ahenkro District, Brong-Ahafo Province, Ghana, next to Ghana's BUI Power Dam, on a 20-acre site. At present, there is a 2000M2 factory building and a warehouse, a 60-ton kernel cold storage, and there are 50 living quarters and 20 offices. Our company's raw fruit processing capacity is 2000 tons/year, the storage capacity of raw fruit is 5000 tons, and the largest hardening and drying site in Ghana is 10,000 m2.
Since the plant was officially put into operation in March 2024, it has successfully obtained the Ghana FDA certification license (attached documents). The raw materials processed are mainly produced from high-quality cashew producing areas in BUI, JAMA and BANDA, Ghana, and the main product grades are 240, 320 and 450 white whole kernel (WW) and brown whole kernel (SW).
At present, the cold storage of nuts is about 45 tons, of which about 30 tons of white nuts (mainly W320) and 15 tons of burnt yellow nuts.
