Product Introduction: Platinum-cured liquid silicone is an environmentally friendly organic silicone material, also known as FDA liquid silicone. This two-component product consists of two components, A and B. It is a flowable liquid silicone that can cure at room temperature or with heat. Applications: Widely used in casting or injection molding products such as cake molds, chocolate molds, sugar art molds, ice sculptures, and other food molds. Features: 1. High temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and minimal expansion. 2. Low shrinkage, allowing for multiple molding cycles; shrinkage rate is 0.2%. 3. High temperature resistance: 180℃-200℃, -20℃. 4. Complies with EU RoHS environmental requirements and has passed US FDA and GSG food testing certification standards. Mix components A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio and stir evenly (using an electronic scale is more accurate). 2. Then place the well-stirred silicone in a vacuum machine and vacuum degas (the container containing the silicone does not need to be full to prevent silicone from overflowing during degassing; no bubbles indicate that degassing is complete). 3. Pour or inject the degassed silicone into the mold (before pouring, apply detergent or mold release agent to the mold for easier demolding). 4. After completing the above steps, the silicone will fully cure at room temperature in 2-12 hours; heating to 80-120 degrees Celsius will cure it completely within tens of minutes. 5. Warm reminder: When handling this product, keep it separate from containers used with condensation-type silicone (industrial grade). Use molds that have not been used with condensation-type silicone to handle this silicone.
