It is an indispensable rapid replication product in many industries. Applications: Widely used in the replication of glass resin (POLYSTER), epoxy resin (EPOXY), polyurethane molded products, PU foam resin decorations and handicrafts, antique furniture, ceramics, craft candles, plaster crafts, European-style components, large sculptures, cultural relic replication, cement wall brick building decoration, relief furniture, imitation marble, artificial natural stone, shoe molds, lighting crafts, human sculptures, imitation bronze crafts, model facilities, simulated landscapes, and many other industries' mold manufacturing characteristics: 1. High temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, not easily expanded, and low oil leakage. 2. Good shrinkage rate, high replication count, mold silicone shrinkage rate is 0.2%. 3. Mix components A and B at a weight ratio of 100:1.5~100:2 until homogeneous (using an electronic scale is more accurate). 2. Place the homogeneous silicone in a vacuum chamber to remove air bubbles (vacuum curing is also possible at room temperature). 3. Pour or brush the defoamed silicone into the mold (before pouring, apply detergent or mold release agent to the mold for easier demolding). 4. After completing the above steps, the silicone will fully cure at room temperature in 2-6 hours. Do not heat.
