EBARA manufactures submersible pumps and motors for deep wells, control panels and accessories for domestic, industrial, agricultural and water supplying use; for lowering the water table (aquiferous) for construction, mineral exploration and soil decontamination purpose; pressurization systems (booster), among other applications.<br><br>PUMPS: EBARA pumps are manufactured under strictly controlled processes, which are the basis of the quality and reliability of our products. EBARA offers the widest range of submersible deep well pumps and motors in Brazil, with flow rates up to 480 m³/h in 4", 6", 8", 10" and 12".<br><br>MOTORS: To assure the desired performance of our pumps, we also manufacture motors which have a higher protection against sand penetration and are of simple construction for easy maintenance. The axial thrust bearing withstands heavy loads, and is an EBARA world patent. Our line of motors offers the highest power range, which varies from 0.5 to 360 HP.<br><br>SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMPS: EBARA Submersible Eletric Pumps are synonymous with resistance and reliability, with their efficiency being acknowledged by the market. By means of controlled processes and the application of approved quality raw materials, we offer the largest line of submersible eletric pumps for 4" to 12" wells, with power outputs from 0.5 HP to 360 HP and flow rates from 1.0 m³/h to 480 m³/h.<br><br>CONTROL PANELS: For the complete safety of the submersible electric pumps, we recommend the use of EBARA control panels. Our control panels are assembled with the same quality criteria, using the most recent technologies in the market for the protection of the motors. To specify the assembly of the panel according to your needs, please contact our commercial department.<br><br>ACCESSORIES: We manufacture the following accessories:<br> Temperature monitoring system: Developed to assure the perfect functioning of 6’’ and 12’’ EBARA motors, the temperature monitoring system can be provided on the acquisition of new equipment, or when an alteration is required by an EBARA client. This accessory prevents the motor from operating at a temperature higher than the ideal, protecting the well coating as well, which can collapse if the motor is operating at a high temperature.<br> Cooling Jacket: The cooling jacket has the function of reducing the motor temperature in situations in which it is not possible to keep the required cooling speed. The need for the use of the cooling jacket must be verified when sizing the equipment. Some situations in which the use of the cooling jacket is needed: when the relationship between submersible electric pump diameter, the well diameter and flowrate do not allow the minimum required velocity; installation of the submersible electric pump in a non-tubular well, among others.<br> Well cover: It is used to cover the well. There are holes for the passage of power supply cables and level electrodes, guide pipe for level measurement and riser pipe.
