DESCRIPTION<br />
The process uses the density difference to separate the oil from the water. The oily waters are introduced into the system and passed through a baffle so as to guide the flow and break the energy. The effluent passes through blocks of corrugated plates placed at 45 ° where the oils are intercepted, so that the separated particles agglutinate at the top of the undulations of the plates and by the effect of the inclination, flow upwards. On the surface, the oil is removed by means of a pipe-skim pipe.<br />
