Optional, already embedded GSM link for geo location using Extrom Technology's IoT Cloud subscription with Control and Monitoring Dashboard or access to your cloud-stored history dashboard..
Functional Wifi configuration
The MS451X series flashlight allows the configuration of functional parameters by your own page generated by your WebServer through your Operating System and your Wifi, allowing your configuration in a nearby area simply through a Laptop (PC), Smartphone or Tablet, using a simple browser...
Mounting the LEDs
Its mount is equipped with 1 main plate containing 6 RGBW LEDs with 4*3w (12W*6=72W max.) with 360° degrees horizontal and 5° vertical.
Optional GPS sync (GPS)
The MS451X series is also available with built-in GPS synchronization that allows users to clearly mark channels, ports, rivers and entrances, marinas and exclusion zones with independent flashlights that flash in sync. When flashlights use sync flash, it clearly allows to be distinguished from others and help navigation and background lighting confusing.
Autonomous Power Solar System and its Charge Controller
The MS451X series solar power set basically consists of a set of solar cells arranged around your body, a step-up converter device, a controller and your battery.
Each cell used in these models has about 3.3 W so for the 4 cell models we will have a capacity of 13.2W to charge a battery of 12V/7A, in the sets of 8 cells for example we will have a capacity of 26.4W to charge 2 batteries with a total of 12V/14A.
The charge controller is in charge of managing the charge of these batteries and not letting it receive a higher charge than necessary, thus avoiding overheating and burning of these batteries.
Complementing this function this controller comes out of manufactures configured to turn off the flashlight completely when it is day, even cloudy and in battery charge mode, at dusk the controller turns the flashlight back on and stops charging the batteries and now in the management of battery consumption, preventing the flashlight from being turned off if the battery voltage goes down to critical levels.
Functional characteristics
The MS451X series has some features such as a light sensor that monitors the ambiante differentiating day of night so that it only works when night starts. This parameter can be set through your website independently of the other parameters, where you can set "Disable the flashlight" by assigning "0", "Turn on sensor" by assigning 1 or "Off sensor" by assigning 2, in sequence just confirm on the button "Set Mode".
Turning on the Lantern
This model "DOES NOT HAVE EXTERNAL SWITCH ON /OFF" so that in TRANSPORT mode the flashlight is configured with option 0 or "Disable the flashlight" so that it does not flash in this situation, but it is ON so that you can access your WebServer through a browser at the IP address: http://192.168.4.1, the user must connect to the AP - Access Point generated by the flashlight usually on the SSID: MS451X-APXXXXXXXX with its serial number (SN) as the access password. After the connection is made to the flashlight AP just use a browsed and digital IP address mentioned earlier to access the screen described below.
Flash timing with GPS
Another possible parameter to set is the possibility of synchronizing the flashes of the flashlight with the watch in seconds of GPS by simply setting at what moment of the timing pulse.
Note: There is usually no need to use this parameter unless there is more than one flashlight equal to this model and you want to produce a signaling corridor.
Flashes and autonomy.
Flashes, in this model it is possible to use the IALA table, where the flashlight will flash preset flashes in your table in sequence or as normally used you can set the LED time ON and the LED time OFF both set in milliseconds.
In your "Flash Code" setting the value "0" sets for the flashlight NOT to use the IALA table, when the value is "1" the flashlight will be accessed indefinitely or permanently (this mode should never be used, unloads the flashlight in less than 1 hour if it is the standalone model), it is only used for testing purpose and when using any value between 2 to 256 you are using the preset settings in the AILA table. We recommend using the value 0 for this parameter.
But be careful when it comes to an AUTO flashlight POWERED by a solar set it is important to note that this model will spend more battery power the longer the LEDs access, so the recommendation is that the flash be as short as possible and the range is as long as possible, this will allow the flashlight to have as long as possible.
Typically the ON Period setting (ms) = 30 and Period OFF (ms) = 10000 is recommended.
However oppositely to have a greater range within its range of nautical miles, the longer the time of ON Period longer will be the distance of visibility in nautical miles.
Therefore, one must observe the best balance in this configuration so that its autonomy is the best possible.
Defining working COLORS
In the model MS451X-RGBW is used 6 LEDs and each is actually 4 LEDs in a single device, so we can have the 3 primary colors plus white (R=Red, G=Vede, B=Blue and W=White), all these colors can be used separately or jointly depends on the configuration that the user informs in the last parameter of the flashlight configuration screen.
You can use the settings by adding each value of the basic colors, for example: for green simply set the value 2 and for light green set the value 3, so you will light green and white, according to the following table.
White (W) = 1
Green (G) = 2
Blue (B) = 4
Red = 8
Attention: Each color consumes about 250mA, the use of more than one color means an increase in consumption and consequently shorter autonomy time.
