Description
Desmold pva FiberCenter was developed for demoulding in manufacturing products in thermosetting resins , laminates and silicone elastomers .<br />
<br />
It is a liquid external release agent , and can be used on any surface , polished or corrugated , creating a waterproof and highly micron plastic film.<br />
<br />
It can be applied to models of resin, glass, rubber , wood, metal, porcelain , plaster , etc. , for the purpose release agent in the manufacture of molds and other thermosetting epoxy resin .<br />
<br />
It can also promote mold release property in the same manner for playing different parts of thermosetting resins, for cold forming .<br />
<br />
It can also be used to supplement on mold release waxes .<br />

application:<br />
1 - Apply a thin layer of release agent with a soft sponge , looking , visually with the brightness, form a homogeneous and uniform film.<br />
2 - Wait until completely dry to start any molding .<br />
3 - There should be polished in any way.<br />
