Spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe is a large-diameter welded steel pipe produced by hot-rolled steel coil as raw material, coil forming, double-sided submerged arc welding and other processes. The product has the characteristics of large caliber range, high forming efficiency, stable weld quality, and moderate comprehensive cost, and is widely used in oil and gas transportation, water supply and drainage engineering, piling engineering, structural support, urban pipe network and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes can be produced in a variety of diameters, wall thicknesses, and lengths according to different engineering requirements, and can be manufactured in accordance with API 5L, ASTM, EN, and other relevant standards. Common materials include Gr.B, X42, X52, X60, X70, etc., which can meet the needs of different pressure levels and operating environments. For projects with anti-corrosion requirements, external anti-corrosion solutions such as 3PE, FBE, coal asphalt, epoxy coating, as well as internal protection treatments such as cement mortar lining and epoxy inner coating can also be provided to improve the service life of steel pipes in corrosive environments.
