Ceramic ball:

We specialize in silicon nitride balls (Si3N4 balls), zirconium oxide balls (ZrO2 balls), SiC ceramic balls, alumina valves (AI203) ceramic balls.

Compared to steel, ceramic materials have better or more specific characteristics, such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, electrical insulation (except SiC), non-magnetic, high strength, high rigidity and low specific gravity. These properties make them qualified to replace steel, thus enabling bearings to be used at higher speeds, harsh environments and less lubrication conditions, and reducing bearing wear, noise, vibration and maintenance time, and ultimately improving bearing performance, reliability and service life.

Tungsten carbide ball:

It is recommended to use tungsten carbide balls in spheres without pre-prepared rings (lightly polish the rings on granite countertops with about 600 grains of sandpaper, or start with companies that have already done so). The spare ring usually has a polished surface, and if you don't have the patience to set the difference correctly, it may be too slippery for a ceramic ball. Our tungsten carbide balls are smoother than regular steel balls, but not as smooth as ceramic balls. This slight imperfection allows tungsten carbide balls to function on the polishing ring and provides a wider tuning range.
