Please see below for more details.<br><br>PLYWOOD and BLOCKBOARD:<br> Pine Plywood | This product can be produced with WBP or MR glue in different sizes, thicknesses and qualities, such as A, B, C+, C, OES (Oil and Edge sealed), Falldown and Shop Grade.<br> Hardwood Plywood | One hundred per cent produced with Brazilian tropical species such as Virola, Amescla, Copaiba, Faveira and Tauari, and also available in comb core. This plywood is produced in WBP or MR glue in different sizes, thicknesses and qualities, such as B/BB, BB/CC, Overlay & Better, S/S and Furniture grade.<br> Platform | Available in hardwood and in pine, this product is calibrated and produced with selected veneers in order to give the stability and strength needed by end users. It can be produced in WBP and MR in different thicknesses and sizes, including, for example, oversize boards measuring 3050 mm length x 1550 mm width.<br>Film Faced Plywood | A panel produced with high-grade veneers and covered with 120 and 180 gr/m2 film that guarantees maximum use of this panel for the end user. Available in WBP glue in different sizes and thicknesses.<br> T1-11 | A special panel produced by top grade mills that are able to control the quality of the product right from selection of the veneers thru to the final package. This product can be produced with Pine or Tropical species on the face/back. It is available in WBP or MR glue in different sizes, thicknesses and groove finishes.<br> Oversize Plywood | Special equipment enables us to produce plywood to non-standard specifications. Available in Hardwood species and comb core as well, this product can be produced with a maximum width of 1550 mm and length of 3050 mm or more, using the scarf joint system that allows the boards to reach 6100 mm or more.<br> Decorative Plywood | Hardwood plywood covered with selected high grade sliced and rotary cut veneers. Face and back veneers are available in Tauari, Jatoba, Curupixa, Goiabão, Jequitiba, Faveira and Cerejeira, among others. Different sizes and thicknesses can be produced.<br> Blockboard | A panel produced with a lumber core of pine or tropical species + 2 cross grain veneers and covered with selected high grade sliced cut veneers. The most common face/back veneers used are Tauari, Jequitiba, Curupixa and Amescla, but veneers are also available in all kinds of Brazilian species. The panel can be produced in different thicknesses and sizes up to 3075 x 1550mm.<br> Blockboard Platfom | A special board which is intended to be covered. Usually built with thicknesses from 25 mm to 45 mm, this material is composed of a single or double lumber core and is covered with cross grain veneers without open defects.<br><br>LUMBER<br> Hardwood | GCM has developed a partnership with reliable suppliers that are able to offer a range of products using different Brazilian species such as Ipe, Cumaru, Jatoba, Massaranduba, Cabreuva, Angelim Pedra, Jequitiba, Tauari and Marupa. The main products available are listed below: Sawn timber - Air dried or kiln dried | S4S or S2S - Air dried or kiln dried | Decking | Square Tiles | Products in accordance with buyers specifications.<br> Pine | Various products are available in pine, such as: Sawn timber - Air dried or kiln dried | S4S or S2S - Air dried or kiln dried | Decking | Fences | Pallets | Dimensional lumber | Products in accordance with buyer\s specifications.<br> Eucalyptus | Sawn timber - Air dried or kiln dried | S4S or S2S - Air dried or kiln dried | Products in accordance with buyer\s specifications.<br><br>FINGER JOINTED | SOLID PANELS and FURNITURE COMPONENTS<br> Finger Jointed | Various products are available and can be developed based on buyers\ specifications. Most of these products require both special machines and special attention from the suppliers. The most common products available and exported by CGM are:- Finger-jointed or solid panels in PINE, TAUARI, JEQUITIBA and MARUPA;- Blocks and Blanks in Pine;- Doors;- Products in accordance with buyers\ specifications.<br><br>VENEERS<br> Rotary Cut Veneers | Available in different sizes, thicknesses and qualities. GCM can provide this material in different species, such as Pine, Eucalyptus, Sumauma, Pinho Cuiabano, Amesclão and Jatoba.<br> Sliced Cut Veneers | GCM works with suppliers that are able to offer the best sliced veneers in different sizes and thicknesses, such as 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.9 mm and 1.5 mm. A large variety of species are available, including Pine, Eucalyptus, Curupixa, Jatoba, Amapa, Cerejeira, Sucupira, Ipe and Angelim Pedra.<br> Top Layer Veneers | We represent suppliers with state of the art machines able to produce high grade top layers in species such as Jatoba, Cumaru, Tiger Wood, Timborana, among others. Due the high quality machines and press dryers the quality of the final product is perfect for the flooring factories all over the world.<br><br>T&G FLOORING<br> Flooring | GCM works with suppliers that are able to offer the best quality flooring, as well as second grade flooring. Available Prefinished or Unfinished with or without micro bevel to different specifications. We are able to offer T&G Flooring on different species, such as: Ipe, Cumaru, Brazilian Cherry (Jatoba), Maçaranduba, Santos Mahogany (Cabreuva), Angelim Pedra, Brazilian Maple (Goiabão) e Brazilian Oak (Tauari)
