Autoclave MD800 from GG Indústria de Equipamentos Médicos Ltda is an equipment used for saturated steam sterilization with gravitational cold air removal system. Autoclaving is one of the most common processes in laboratories, hospitals, companies and industries, being an efficient, fast and economical method. Medical instrument that works by manipulating four essential factors: Time, Temperature, Pressure and Steam. Its primary use: to sterilize medical and hospital materials and articles. It has an electronic data crossing system - Pressure and temperature; Electronic power control system; Drying system such as door ajar and automatic door opening system to carry out drying. Manufactured in accordance with Brazilian regulations and the required safety standards that guarantee the conformity of the equipment.
External Structure: It consists of the cabinet and its finishes, which are made of carbon steel sheets, and later subjected to an electrostatic painting process. Its external structure also includes: a rubber shock absorber, which has the function of absorbing vibrations, and providing support to the structure of the equipment, leveling it at an angle of inclination for correct operation; thinks PG11 cable and the pressure outlet device.
Internal Structure: It is composed of the pressure system that is made of copper, which carries out the passages of pressurized water vapor from the chamber (tank), pressure sensor, solenoid and disposal hose, a control board (component that controls all operational functions and parameters performed by the equipment) and a translucent silicone hose (responsible for conducting the pressurized water vapor to the pressure sensor to enable its reading).
Digital panel: Composed of an LCD Backlight display, push buttons and their finishes in anodized aluminum (easy to handle, clean), with indicators of cycles and sterilization time. The equipment has five cycles, as specified below:

Cycle 3: Time: 10 minutes | Temperature: 127 °C

Tank (chamber): it is made of stainless steel (with a mirror finish) and is the place where the entire autoclaving process is carried out, with a total capacity of 21 liters. As a whole, it also includes: a stainless steel tank flange, door seal made of Silicione 60 Shore (performs the function of hermetically sealing the autoclaving tank), the tank support, the water sensor, the tray support, the larger and smaller tray (both made of stainless steel) and the connector for thermal qualification (Device located at the back of the stainless steel tank), which is used as input for the temperature sensors used during the Thermal Qualification process.
Door: It is made with a stainless steel finish, has security systems with lock and is composed of a Handle (which allows the operator to unlock and open the door), Door Lock Pin Housing (Component where the door is locked), Door Hinge Housing (which allows it to be opened up to 115°. It also prevents the opening above the quoted angle, serving as a mechanical stop); External Door Finish; Door Pivot Shaft and Door Lock Pin.
Safety Systems: The equipment has 33 safety systems and is designed so that in cases of overheating or excessive pressurization, the pressure of the equipment is released so that accidents do not occur. The entire set is made of brass and stainless steel that has a strict quality control and annual thermal qualification. Among the systems are:
° Mechanical locking in 02 attachment points;
° C-curve bipolar circuit breaker for automatic disarming of the equipment when it identifies a short circuit or an overload in the network;
° Temperature sensor for reading and monitoring the internal temperature of the stainless steel tank;
° Thermal Qualification approved by a qualified body to provide reliability to the parameters of the cycles;
° Drying cycle with door ajar to maximize the efficiency of the process;
