Acid leveling agent RX-2002G
Acid leveling agent RX-2002G is a compound of anionic surfactants. It works by blocking dye sites on polyamide fibers, enabling more uniform dyeing with anionic dyes. It exhibits excellent retarding and migration properties. Compared to conventional leveling agents, this new agent has better migration, lower foam, and better hydrophilicity.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES
1.Affinity for polyamide fibers ensures more uniform dyeing with anionic dyes.
2.Eliminates differences in fiber affinity, providing excellent coverage of nylon barre.
3.Offers appropriate blocking effects, reducing the dye uptake rate during heating and effectively preventing uneven dyeing.
4.Excellent permeability ensures consistent coloring inside and out, while imparting hydrophilic properties to the dyed fabric.
5.Outstanding migration properties, making it particularly suitable for shade correction.
6.Low foam generation, with foam levels lower than those of conventional leveling and corrective agents.

pH value : 7.0-9.0 (10% aqueous solution)

DOSAGE FOR REFERENCE
1.Recommended dosage as a leveling agent (exhaustion process):
RX-2002G: 0.2–1.0% (o.w.f)
Note: Similar to conventional leveling agents, excessive use may result in lower color yield.
2. Recommended dosage as a corrective agent (exhaustion process):
RX-2002G: 0.5–2.0% (o.w.f)
Usage follows the same process as dyeing. Adjust pH with acid as needed, and supplement with a small amount of dye if necessary.
Specific processes and dosages should be adjusted by users based on sample testing.

REMARKS
1.Please do not expose RX-2002G in the air for a long time. Seal it in time after use to prevent contamination.
2.When using in combination with other chemicals. Please conduct a compatibility test before use.
3.After the best expiration date, it does not mean that the product is no longer suitable. Performance testing should be conducted before use to ensure its suitability.

STORAGE
125kg plastic drum packaging.
Seal and store in cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight. It can be stored for at least 6 months in its original sealed condition.
