DX2301S rotary automatic filling and capping machine is a device developed and produced by our company in 2022. It can be used for automatic filling, capping and locking equipment for cillin bottles, essential oil bottles and perfume bottles. The whole set is divided into bottle sorting-filling-pressing-capping-capping, which is characterized by stable production and strong versatility for packaging materials. Compared with the cam structure on the market, it has a small size, light weight and easy installation. It can change the angle at will. It has realized automatic zeroing when returning to the origin, fast speed and easy operation for customers. 2. The imported steel sheet that our company has been developing and producing is used for capping. After quenching and hardening treatment, it can be used for different cap materials. Compared with high-speed cutter type machines, it has the advantages of not easy to drop debris and not easy to pick packaging materials. 3. The same bottle diameter is achieved, the sealing height is adjustable, and there is no automatic alarm without internal plugs. Bottle placement and bottle output are in the same direction, which is convenient for personnel operation. 4. The vibration plate adopts exclusive frequency conversion control mode, especially for white soft silicone (non-butyl rubber), the material discharge is smooth. 5. The whole machine is compact and uses Fuma wheels to move, so one person can push and pull it freely.
