Description
This catalytic degreasing furnace can be paired with different models of sintering furnaces. The degreasing furnace is selected based on the size of the graphite plate in the sintering furnace, allowing for either "degreasing one furnace, sintering one furnace" or "degreasing one furnace, sintering two furnaces." 2. Improved production efficiency and labor savings: After degreasing, the product can be directly transferred to the sintering furnace for sintering without the need for a turntable. This saves labor and improves equipment utilization efficiency. 3. Increased product yield: Traditional degreasing methods involve placing the product on a stainless steel tray for degreasing, and then transferring it to a graphite plate for sintering. During the turntable process, accidental contact with the product or excessive force during movement can easily damage or defect the product. Using graphite plate degreasing solves these problems.
