Ever-power Shredders use a variety of clutches at the connection end. Some are unique and must be replaced in a similar way. Others are more versatile and can be replaced with various devices. The main thing to keep in mind is whether or not the input shaft is fitted with a groove, such as a groove on the tractor's PTO output.

How to perform a routine check of the PTO axis?
A typical agricultural drive shaft consists of a shaft tube, an expansion device and a cardan joint. While shafts are used to connect and join various components, the parts of rotating and moving round objects are usually constructed of lightweight alloy steel pipes with good torsional resistance.
1. In order to ensure the balance of the center of gravity of the agricultural machine shaft, the weldment should be removed for balancing, and a new power take-off shaft component should be provided accordingly. When loading the shaft of an agricultural tractor, pay attention to the markings on the assembly of the extension device and confirm that the flange yoke remains in the correct plane. When dismantling the farm tool drive shaft, the expansion sleeve and flange shaft must be marked with an assembly mark so that the original connection is maintained when reassembling.
2. Frequently check the fastening of the spreader on the agricultural transmission power take-off shaft to determine whether the supporting rubber is damaged, whether the connecting parts are loose, and whether the agricultural transmission shaft is deformed.
3. Do not press the clutch pedal on the power take-off shaft of the agricultural transmission, and do not start at high speed.
4. Overspeeding and overloading are strictly prohibited.
5. The agricultural transmission power take-off shaft should be filled with grease regularly. Lithium-based grease does not. 3 should be filled in the summer, and lithium grease No. 1. 2 Should be filled in winter.
