BK-887 water-based bentonite is a natural aluminosilicate thickener and rheology modifier. Its main component is hydrophilic, specially modified montmorillonite. The product has the following characteristics: 1) Thixotropy: High shear low viscosity, low shear high viscosity; strong thixotropy, can completely replace traditional cellulose thickeners. 2) Wide applicable pH range (pH 6-12); easy to use, simply add as dry powder without activation. 3) Excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and enzyme resistance. Viscosity is stable at different temperatures. 4) Stability: Excellent biological stability and good thermal stability. 5) Compared with organic polymer thickeners, it is less prone to flocculation and color floating. 6) Clear dosage limit; exceeding a certain value causes a sharp increase in viscosity.
