Paper Cup Blank is a synonym for Paper Cup Fan. It refers to the flat, pre-cut, and pre-printed sheet of paper (PE) that is used to form the body of a paper cup.
"Blank" usually implies that the paper is ready for the cup forming machine.
The Production Process of the paper cup Blank (From Roll to Cup Blank)
1. Base Paper: Start with high-quality cup stock，APP, IP SUN, SYMBOL, FIVE STAR etc.
2. Extrusion Coating: Apply PE or PLA coating to one or both sides.
3. Printing: Print the design and logo onto the pe coated paper (flexo printing).
4. Die-Cutting: Use a rotary die-cutter to cut the printed pe coated paper into the specific paper cup blank shape.
5. Stacking & Packing: The paper cup fans are stacked into bundles (e.g., 500 pcs/bundle) and boxed.
