PE Coated Paper Cup Fan is a flat, sector-shaped paper sheet made from food-grade base paper (cupstock) that has been coated with a layer of Polyethylene (PE). This coating makes the paper waterproof, grease-proof, and heat-sealable.

The Production Process of the PE Coated Paper Cup Fan (From Roll to Cup fan)
1. Base Paper: Start with high-quality base paper，APP, IP SUN, SYMBOL, FIVE STAR etc.
2. Extrusion Coating: Apply PE or PLA coating to one or both sides.
3. Printing: Print the design and logo onto the pe coated paper roll (flexo printing).
4. Die-Cutting: Use a rotary die-cutter to cut the printed pe coated paper into the specific single side PE coated paper cup fan shape.
5. Stacking & Packing: The paper cup fans are stacked into bundles (e.g., 500 pcs/bundle) and boxed.
