HANOI PLASTIC BAG MANUFACTURING JSC, www.hanoiplasticbags.com, located in Hung Yen province, was established in 1995 by the formation of 4 plastic bag factories, with its office in Hanoi city. We specialize in producing HD and LDPE bags in varying sizes and styles. Exporting them to more than 50 countries. The six main product groups in production are: T-shirt vest carrier bags, flat bags, die cut punch out handle bags, (t-shirt) bags on roll, soft loop bags and degradable and compostable bags. In Sept 2016, we opened our newest plastic bag factory located in Hung Yen province Vietnam, with compliance to ISO 9001:2015 and JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard). Our new factory operates an area of 15,000 m2, with over 150 employees. Currently our capacity is 500 tons per month, but by the first quarter of 2017 it will increase to 1000 tons per month. Towards the end of 2017, we will seek compliance to SA 8000 standard, by improving our working process and promoting teamwork and greater cooperation between departments. By 2020, we plan for a fully operational production capacity of 3000 tons per month. Through our rigorous attention to quality control, we guarantee our product quality and through continuous improvement we will reduce wastage and increase efficiency. For bag production we utilize machines with the latest technology from Taiwan. Our strong management team of experienced key people will insure our success today and our success in the future. Our staff under-go continous programmes of training and re-training insuring their commitment to our company and customers.
