Reinforced Heat Dissipation Structure: Employing reinforcing ribs and an optimized design with unequal wall thickness, this increases the heat dissipation surface area, effectively reducing heat accumulation in the brake drum, minimizing the risk of thermal cracking and brake fade, and extending service life under continuous downhill or frequent braking conditions. Precision machining ensures high roundness. The brake working surface is machined using a high-precision CNC vertical lathe and subjected to dynamic balancing testing to ensure uniform contact with the brake shoes/pains, resulting in smooth, vibration-free braking and reduced wear and noise. Fatigue resistance and long lifespan are verified through thermal fatigue cycle testing. It maintains structural integrity after repeated heating and cooling, resisting cracking or deformation, and its overall service life is significantly superior to ordinary brake drums. Strict dimensional control ensures that key dimensions such as inner diameter, end face runout, and mounting stop are strictly controlled according to original factory standards, ensuring precise matching with the wheel hub and brake shoe assembly for convenient and reliable installation. Customization options are available: Thickened and reinforced brake drums are available based on customer operating conditions (suitable for overload or harsh road conditions).
