All-metal sensors
A large number of different device series are specially designed for extreme sensor requirements:
T-series: These all-metal sensors are specially designed for use in hygienic and wet areas. They are resistant to frequent cleaning processes and resistant to cleaning agents. Due to the wide temperature range of up to 100 °C and resistance to rapid temperature changes, the sensors are particularly suitable for use in the food and beverage industry.
C-series: Oils and cooling lubricants are hard on the components installed in machine tools. The Viton O-ring seal used in the sensors, combined with the matching ecolink plug-in connection, guarantees maximum tightness.
C series with K = 0: These sensors only detect ferrous metals. Aluminium chips, which are deposited on the active surface during the process and lead to faulty switching with conventional sensors, are ignored by this principle.
R series: The non-stick coating allows welding spatter to roll off the sensor. The high temperature range of up to 85 °C means that even critical applications can be mastered.
