Our Natural Sal is obtained in Salina Cruz Oaxaca, Mexico by the Costa del Márquez Producer, Cooperative constituted for the benefit of 163 families.
Its main production is in Spring and Summer, season of sun, wind and low rainfall.
It is obtained from separating the dissolved salt in sea waters, it is to evaporate the water and that the salt crystallizes.
The crystallized salt is collected manually or machined, transported to the storage area, most in principle and subjected to the washing process to achieve the highest possible purity.
According to the specifications of each customer: (food industry, chemistry, tannery) the process chain is performed.
