INTCO Recycling’s hot melting machine first crushes the foam and then squeezes the foam through the conveyor of the screw, so that the foam is hot-melted in the screw. Extrusion and shaping through the discharge port can reduce the foam volume and facilitate granulation. The machine is easy to operate by changing the temperature. The material after hot melting has a high density. Generally, the bulk density can reach 500-600KG/M3. We have unique technical advantages. First, a two-stage crushing is designed for the hot melting machine, and a filter is added under the second-stage crushing to ensure that the materials are uniform and the screw does not get stuck. The second is to segment the screw: 1. The screw changes from thin to thick; 2. The screw cabinet changes from large to small; 3. The discharge port is tapered to ensure that the material is pushed out in time after melting. Third, the startup is protected to prevent early startup and damage to the machine.
