Product Introduction of Agricultural Spraying System Accessories: This series of accessories is specifically designed for agricultural spraying systems (including agricultural aircraft), covering nozzles, spray heads, filters, and auxiliary components. The core components are made of durable materials such as nylon (PA66), with a maximum pressure resistance of 12 kg (bar), suitable for precision spraying and high-efficiency operation scenarios: I. Agricultural Aircraft Dedicated Sprayer Head with External Water-Drip Prevention (W20-01): Interface thread G1/8, fixed pipe diameter 20mm, compatible with air hose connectors, single-head configuration, drip-proof design to prevent pesticide residue. Air Hose Connector Sprayer (1028-01/1020-02/102N-N2): Supports 1/8 internal thread, 1/4 external thread, and both internal and external thread interfaces, compatible with agricultural aircraft air hose connections, flexible installation. Dual Nozzle Converter (102Y): Enables dual nozzle switching, improving spray coverage and operational efficiency. II. Nozzle Filters and Other Accessories: Filters are available in two types: without anti-drip (1222/1224/1225) and with anti-drip (1227/1228), made of stainless steel (50 mesh/80 mesh). The anti-drip version requires an additional 0.5 bar pressure. Fan-proof nozzles (with flat quick-release caps): Anti-drift design, large air-filled droplets, reduces pesticide drift in windy conditions, improving operational accuracy (e.g., FVP110 series). IV. High-Pressure Filters TG Series (TG19/TG34/TG61): Main body is reinforced nylon (glass fiber + PA), maximum pressure resistance 25 kg, filter screen optional 50 mesh (blue) or 80 mesh (yellow), suitable for medium and high pressure spray systems. TG25/TG32 Series: Main body is reinforced nylon, maximum pressure resistance 25 kg, filter screen optional 50 mesh/80 mesh, meeting higher flow and pressure requirements, ensuring a clean and stable spray system.
