JOFO Nonwoven

Meltblown non-woven fabric is a kind of non-woven fabric made by using high-speed hot air flow to draft the thin stream of polymer melt extruded by the die spinneret, thereby forming microfibers and collecting them into a network, and bonding them through its own waste heat.

The raw material is polypropylene as the main material, the fiber is ultra-fine, the diameter can reach 1~2 microns, the number of fibers per unit area is large, the specific surface area is large, and a unique capillary porous structure is formed, so that the meltblown cloth has good filterability, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption.
