High-temperature resistant, asbestos-free calcium silicate board insulation products are mainly made from lime and quartz sand. They are produced through a special high-temperature, high-pressure reaction process using advanced dynamic synthesis. These high-temperature calcium silicate boards are primarily used in insulation and energy-saving projects in industries such as cement kilns, metallurgical heating furnaces, aluminum electrolysis cells, industrial kilns, steam pipelines, heating pipelines, and petrochemical pipelines. Features of high-temperature resistant calcium silicate boards: 1. Lightweight and high-strength. 2. Excellent thermal conductivity; the thermal conductivity of calcium silicate board at 100 degrees Celsius is 0.051 W/mK. 3. Raw materials are non-metallic minerals, free of asbestos and other harmful substances. 4. Asbestos-free calcium silicate boards are easy to process; they can be cut to the required size using a regular woodworking saw, and irregularly shaped calcium silicate products can be processed. 5.
