Lusty Discolour power Nine Blue. Fast Hair Discolorant.

Suitable for all techniques of reflections, ballayages, pickling and hair bleaching.

It provides a uniform and progressive discoloration.

Its formula is Self Protective, as it is enriched with Milk Proteins and Seaweed Extracts, which form a protective film conferring elasticity leaving the hair easy to comb and with a lot of shine.

Preparation: In a non-metallic container, place 1 (one) measure of DISCOLOUR POWER NINE BLUE - LUSTY for 2 (two) or 3 (three) measures of Lusty Color Oxidant Emulsion (oxidizing emulsion), of 20, 30 and 40 volume, until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy consistency, suitable to the chosen technique.

Keep the product in a dry, cool place at room temperature.
