These presses are frequently used for assembly operations, ring or bearing mounting, small bends, various crimping operations, etc. • Ground and rotationally immobilized slide, ensuring stability and precision • Automatic cylinder lifting upon release of control • Quick and reliable adjustment with locking mechanism guaranteeing total repeatability • Precise bottom dead center adjustment via mechanical stop ensuring cycle repeatability • FGL 250 cast iron or mechanically welded steel structure ensuring robustness and rigidity • Maintenance and lubrication free • Paint: Sky Blue RAL 5015 structure - Platinum Grey RAL 7036 head. All cylinders are manufactured by EMG and proven by thousands of uses worldwide. The slide is made of chrome-plated steel, guided by rings and rotationally immobilized by a key. The piston slides smoothly in the chrome-plated cylinder, and the seals ensure a perfect cylinder seal. The power of our presses is indicated at a pressure of 6 bar and is proportionally adjustable from 3 to 6 bar.
