Specialized in the manufacture of rigid polyurethane plates and adhesives, Mercopol Poliuretanos has a factory park of 18,000 square meters, located in the municipality of Iomerê - SC. Mercopol rigid polyurethane plates are manufactured from a rigorous foaming process. The obtained products are excellent thermal insulators with high mechanical properties and high rigidity. The plates are supplied according to the cutting plan requested by the customer, and can choose to crimp the plates for better distribution and anchoring of the adhesive. We have high thickness control ensuring quality and ensuring a better finish. In 2013, seeking to be recognized nationally, the company signed a partnership with Sulfibra Group. Currently Mercopol has a modern structure with equipment developed to ensure high quality in its products, an efficient service team, in addition to its own fleet, which makes it even more competitive and punctual. All equipment used to carry out the activities, have structures with prevention and containment, in order to contain the possible leaks avoiding the consequences of products in the soil or discharge in the watercourses. Thinking of reducing, recycling and reusing Mercopol makes use of rigid foam leftovers in the manufacture of Recycled Polyurethane Plates and Pool Slats, contributing to the sustainability of the environment. All waste receives treatment by a specialized partner company with appropriate destination. TECHNOLOGY AND QUALITY innovation Mercopol constantly seeks to innovate its products.
