The magnetic automatic cleaning grid is designed to work in programmable mechanical or gravitational dump cycles of your product, which requires ferrous particles (such as nuts, bolts, splinters of rusty plates, among others) with Dimensions reaching the house of milliseconds, be removed with precision and excellence.

Our magnetic grids are traditionally constituted of tubes with thickness duly defined and filled with neodymium magnets or cobalt samarium, which are selected according to the required application.
These tubes are mounted in grid form. The distances between the magnetic tubes are defined according to their need, as well as the spacing between the grid divisions and the diameter of their tubes.
It has flange input and output for flow. The cleaning of the grill is performed by a pneumatic drive, driven by PLC, without any human intervention, simultaneously always qualifying the product. Suitable for processes with high and medium cycle time and high and medium volumes of product.
