Description
Fatty alcohol ethoxylates (AEOs), also known as polyethoxylated fatty alcohols, have good detergency, wettability, emulsification, hard water resistance, low irritation and biodegradation functions, and are the fastest growing and dosage varieties of nonionic surfactants. This type of surfactant is prepared by addition reaction of fatty alcohols with ethylene oxide and is expressed by the following general formula: R-O-(CH2CH2O)n-H.
