The Trefila Duo Bloco is a machine for the removal of wire, from the wire machine, which allows the reduction of wire gauges, through the rerecing and reretracting until reaching the desired gauge.

The Trefila Duo Bloco has 900mm heads with output for the Reel, which can be reel or Dead BLock l, which makes the removal process simpler and more economical and still has two boxes of dies, with lubricant applicator. The ribhead with nervurator discs can be attached to the case box, which may vary in commercial gauges of 3,4;4.2 and/or 6 mm, which are sold separately.

The Trefila Duo block is a robust machine ideal for small thresque processes. On its horizontal axles are coupled gearmotors whose speed is controlled through frequency inverters ensuring the rotation system a speed of 2 to 5 m/s.
