The L(P)XG series vertical top-suction scraper centrifuge is an improved and redesigned version of the L(P)GZ scraper bottom-discharge centrifuge, featuring a suction device on the top cover. During the centrifuge's scraper discharge process, external pipes use suction pipes to draw the scraped material into a storage tank or vacuum dryer under vacuum. Alternatively, the material can be transported to a tank or vacuum dryer via a nitrogen conveying device. This centrifuge achieves true sealing throughout the entire process from reactor to dryer, with the entire system under nitrogen sealing. This not only meets airtightness and explosion-proof requirements but also ensures that the material is not oxidized. This centrifuge is suitable for producing intermediates for pharmaceutical raw materials, easily oxidized, toxic, harmful, and high-hygiene food and special chemical products. Key features: 1.
