Our Oxygen plants use a process called Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA). Here is the simplified breakdown:

Air Compression: Ambient air (which is about 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen) is drawn in and compressed.

Filtration: The air is cleaned of dust, moisture, and oil.

Adsorption: The air passes through a vessel filled with Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS). The ZMS acts like a sponge for nitrogen, trapping it while allowing oxygen to pass through.

Oxygen Collection: The purified oxygen (usually 93%–95% purity) is collected in a storage tank, ready for use.
