■Product Overview
This product is an acrylate polymeric demulsifier. There are three series of products: solvent-based RP series, emulsion-based SYP series and low-temperature BDP series, which can meet the needs of crude oil demulsification with different oil properties, different demand pertinence and different cost control.

■Performance characteristics
Demulsification and dehydration speed is fast, oil-soluble active ingredient, good compatibility with crude oil, and rapid diffusion.
In the end, the dehydration rate is high, which remains in the oil phase, and the relative concentration gradually increases, and the dehydration rate is high.
The effluent has low oil content, super functional lipophilic and hydrophilic composition and arrangement, and has the effect of water purification.
Rapid and low temperature demulsification, which can reduce the demulsification temperature by 5 – 15°C and save energy consumption by 30% - 50%.
Low toxicity, no peculiar smell, biodegradable, green and environmentally friendly.

■Product use
The solution-type RP series is suitable for demulsification of most high, medium and low viscosity heavy oils.
Emulsion type SYP series is suitable for demulsification and dehydration of most medium and low viscosity heavy oils and thin oils.
The low-temperature BDP series is suitable for the demulsification of most high, medium and low viscosity heavy oils and thin oils, which can reduce the demulsification temperature to varying degrees, save energy consumption and reduce the load of equipment.
