■Product Overview
Reversed-phase demulsifier series products are mainly suitable for the deoiling treatment of oilfield produced water, that is, high water content crude oil pre-free water and oily sewage treatment, as well as refinery or other oily sewage treatment, especially suitable for high water content heavy oil sewage treatment, the product has surface active groups and strong chain segment coalescence ability, can quickly destroy the oil-water interface layer, produce bridging and flocculation, so that the oil droplets quickly condense, form large particle size oil beads, and quickly separate from the water under the action of water buoyancy, so as to achieve the purpose of clean water.

■Performance characteristics
It can be used in combination with conventional demulsifiers to achieve the effect of dehydration and degreasing.
It can eliminate the phenomenon of emulsion layer in the dehydration process of crude oil and inhibit its recurrence.
The dosing concentration is low, and the dosage of non-poly sewage is 2-10ppm, and the dosage of poly-containing sewage is 20-200ppm.
After demulsification, the water quality is stable, the oil content and floc float quickly, and the combination is tight, and the water flow impact is strong.
