Introduction of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe:

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) pipes are extruded from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin with a viscosity molecular weight greater than 2 million. The higher the molecular weight, the better the wear resistance of UHMWPE pipes, and the more difficult it is to extrude.
The viscosity molecular weight of Julong ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe is between 3 million and 3.5 million.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) pipes have very high wear resistance, impact resistance, yield strength, self-lubrication, anti-blocking, low temperature resistance and excellent chemical resistance, which are superior to conventional HDPE pipes. These advantages make ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene an ideal application for slurry transportation, dredging, and chemical fluid transportation.

Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe characteristics:

Abrasion Resistance: UHMWPE pipes have excellent abrasion resistance and have a long service life in abrasive slurry conveying pipeline applications.

Corrosion resistance: Excellent resistance to a variety of chemical media, making UHMWPE pipelines can be used for tailings transportation in mining operations and the transportation of corrosive media in chemical plants.

Non-fouling: Due to the smooth surface and low coefficient of friction, the operating costs of the pump can be reduced. The surface roughness of UHMWPE pipes is between Ra 0.16~0.22μm. The coefficient of friction is small, the resistance is small, and the same results can be achieved while greatly reducing the energy input.

Ease of installation: UHMWPE pipes are quick and easy to install due to their light weight and flange connection.
