Product Overview: The 7-axis robot track is the 7th motor (which can be linked with the 6 motors of the main body) outside the 6-axis industrial robot body. It is referred to as the "7th axis". The 7th axis motor drives the robot body to walk on the track. It is used for multi-axis linkage and coordinated operations such as robot welding and handling. Multi-axis linkage is used in complex production processes to improve robot operation time and better expand the utilization rate of the robot. ◎R&D Design Features ● The cast 7-axis track is developed based on data such as the weight, reach, gripping weight, and operating speed of various robot brands; ● Standardized unit design and modular assembly shorten the production cycle and facilitate maintenance; ● Standardized design allows for advance inventory to ensure on-site availability in case of urgent needs, saving on-site installation and debugging time; ● The standard SCR5000 product can operate for 100,000 kilometers without maintenance; ● The track is designed with four standard specifications of 500mm, 2000mm, 2500mm, and 3000mm in length, increasing in increments of 500mm, allowing for extension of the robot's operating range; ● The robot carrier plate is designed as a single cast iron, eliminating the need for steel plate welding and manual non-standard parts, reducing labor costs; ● It can accommodate multiple robot brands and supports installation at 8 different angles.
