General Properties of Gaoxin Zhongcai Brand Iron Oxide Yellow: Excellent pigment performance; bright brownish-yellow color; good tinting strength and hiding power; tinting strength almost equal to lead yellow and chrome yellow; excellent lightfastness, atmospheric resistance, and resistance to polluted gases. Resistant to alkalis, soluble in hot strong acids; high heat resistance; at temperatures above 150 degrees Celsius, it loses its water of crystallization and decomposes into a red pigment.
