Pad printing silicone rubber is an RTV2 silicone rubber, also known as two-component silicone, consisting of parts A and B that vulcanize at room temperature when mixed. The platinum cure silicone has a mix ratio of 9:1 with 33 Shore A hardness, similar to Wacker 623. Another type is tin cure silicone with 10 Shore A or 16 Shore A hardness and a mix ratio of 100:3.

Operation Instructions:
1. Prepare tools like the pad mold, mixing cup, and glass stick. Clean and dry the pad mold, then apply a mold release agent.
2. Adjust the ratio of silicone rubber and silicone oil based on the desired pad hardness. Adding more silicone oil softens the pad but may reduce durability.
