This ultrasonic parking guidance system, based on Time-of-Flight (ToF) technology, is tailored for various indoor parking lots, commercial complexes, and transportation hubs, effectively addressing the core pain points of difficulty in finding parking spaces and low parking lot turnover. The system uses ultrasonic detectors deployed directly above parking spaces to emit 40–48 kHz high-frequency pulses. Utilizing the echo time difference, it accurately calculates distance and dynamically determines the vacancy status of parking spaces, achieving a detection accuracy within ±1cm and a response speed as fast as milliseconds. It is unaffected by lighting or vehicle color, with a false alarm rate of less than 2%. The detectors integrate red and green dual-color indicator lights, illuminating green when vacant and red when occupied, allowing drivers to clearly identify spaces from a distance. Data is uploaded to the controller via RS485 communication and simultaneously pushed to entrance and intersection guidance screens, displaying the remaining parking spaces and their distribution in real time, achieving fully visualized guidance. The product features an IP65+ waterproof and damage-resistant design, coupled with a temperature compensation algorithm, making it suitable for harsh environments such as humid and dusty garages. It supports wired and LoRa wireless hybrid networking, is easy to install without breaking ground, and significantly reduces construction and maintenance costs. The system can be connected to the back-end management platform to realize parking space data statistics and turnover rate analysis, helping operators reduce costs and increase efficiency, while providing car owners with an efficient and convenient parking experience.
