Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, also known as acidic sodium phosphate, with molecular formula of NaH2PO4, is an inorganic acid salt; Soluble in water, almost insoluble in ethanol. Be used for Monosodium Phosphate (MSP) Application: Used in boiler water treatment, electroplating, to produce sodium hexametaphosphate, detergent, metal cleaning agent, precipitant of dyes and pigment Monosodium Phosphate(MSP),Disodium phosphate(DSP),Trisodium phosphate(TSP) all could be used for boiler water treatment. MSP is used as control of anode corrosion,DSP is as control of alkali corrosion ,TSP is as softer of calcium and magnesium ion precipitation.TSP is with the largest usage. MSP and DSP keep proper alkali value and prevent more hydroxide ion.<br />

TSP is to prevent calcium and magnesium precipitation.From phosphate protective film inside boiler to prevent corrosion. Phosphate chemical is adapted for water hardness more than 4mmol/L,or evaporation more than 4t/h,or water hardness less than 1.5mmol and SiO2 content more than 30%.the combination of DSP,TSP and MSP could keep the PH value of boiler water in a best range,and together with moderate dispersing agent could control the potential settings.<br />

For metal surface treatment. The preparation of phosphate chemical liquid keep metal performance and without any destroy of coating film. For construction materials: Monosodium Phosphate(MSP) is used for cement sand to prolong the time of setting.The usage shall be less than 0.06%. Disodium Phosphate(DSP) is used to change collapsibility and improve bonding strength of sodium silicate.The usage is be 2%-4%,if more than 4%,the effect is not obviously. Trisodium phosphate(TSP) is used as water reducer to improve mud fluidity.
