Organic green coffee; New World variety, sieve 16/17; harvested manually; natural processing, without fruit washing, taken directly from the crop to the yard, totally dried in the patio in the canvas system, rested for 30 days in tulha before being benefited; giving rise to a special soft drink coffee, fragrance and aroma of yellow fruits and shaving, with a slight touch of vanilla, with remarkable sweetness and acidity, full-bodied and very good finishing. This year due to the influences of the micro-climate present in the crop we had a lot of incidence of fox bien grains. Desirable factor in terms of quality.
