Manufacturing process

The manufacturing tool consists of 2 non-cutting plates that are 90° to the axis of the base pipe. The first plate forms a groove for metal spinning. The second method guides the band into the groove and sets the finned feet in the groove by applying pressure to the metal displaced for the groove. Similar tungsten carbide plates allow us to manufacture. GFIN tube (finned tube), the base tube of which is made of austenitic steel or foreign alloy.
