1.2316 is a type of high-performance stainless steel, specifically designed for applications requiring high corrosion resistance and surface quality. This grade has excellent hardness, good machinability, and outstanding corrosion resistance, making it suitable for high-gloss molding applications, significantly enhancing the external quality of plastic products.

Compared to 1.2083, 1.2316 has even better corrosion resistance, particularly suitable for processing the following materials: PVC and other strong corrosion-resistant plastics, materials containing glass fibers or fillers, and products requiring high transparency or high-gloss finishes.

Typical applications: plastic injection molding, medical and food-grade plastic molding, and equipment used in chemical corrosion environments.
